This hit Netflix Stranger Things Season 4 started with a flashback that took us back to the beginning to learn more about Eleven’s past and her time at Hawkins Laboratory. This helped us learn more about the Upside Down and the new bad guy who came to make our lives harder.
Throughout the series, there have been painful deaths, dramatic moments, and lots of references to 80s movies and music (Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill” isn’t the only great song on the soundtrack), and all of this was definitely a buildup to the end, which, according to the Duffer brothers, will bring about some big changes.
The children are almost adults, so the show can’t go on for much longer. The Duffer brothers know this, so they made a great ending for a show that, season after season, broke crowd records and became one of the best in the world.

For now, there is no release date, but it is clear that they can’t take too long because the child players have grown so much that they no longer think of themselves as kids.

Stranger Things Season 5 Plot
US Magazine says that the Duffer brothers wrote a letter in which they talked about the end of the series. “Seven years ago, we planned the whole plot of Stranger Things,” they said. We thought at the time that the story would go on for four or five seasons. It was too big to count in four, but as you will see, we are getting close to the end. Season 4 will be the second-to-last, and Season 5 will be the final one.”
The letter said that they have new secrets, adventures, and heroes in mind, so there’s a chance to get out of Hawkins again and explore angles we haven’t seen before, while keeping the characters we all know and love at the center.

The Duffer brothers also said that season 5 would jump forward in time. This was to try to match the real ages of the main characters, since it was clear in season 4 that they were no longer kids and that they needed a change.
Matt Duffer told The Wrap, according to US Magazine, that the style of season 5 will be like that of Return of the Jedi. This means that we can expect something different from what we’ve seen so far.
