While Pat Sajak is preparing to bid farewell to “Wheel of Fortune” next year, his longtime co-host Vanna White is staying on board for the time being.
In a news release shared with CNN on Tuesday, a representative from Sony Pictures Studios, the production studio behind “Wheel,” confirmed that White has signed a two-year contract extension. This means she will continue to be part of the show until the 2025-2026 season.

As the show goes through a significant transition next year, with Sajak retiring and Ryan Seacrest stepping in as the new host, Vanna White will continue to turn the letters on the iconic wordplay game show.
Sajak had announced in June that he would be retiring after the current season, stating on social media, “Well, the time has come. I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last.”
The iconic TV duo of Sajak and White has co-hosted the Emmy-winning game show for over four decades, making them one of the longest-serving hosting pairs in the history of television game shows.
White has been an integral part of “Wheel of Fortune” for more than 7,000 episodes, engaging with contestants as they attempt to solve word puzzles. Along the way, she’s provided delightful banter with Sajak and is well-known for never repeating the same outfit (except for that one memorable exception).
