There are some very exciting things on the list of new movies and series on Netflix in July 2023. This month also sees the release of the third season of The Witcher, which could be Henry Cavill’s last time playing Geralt, and the second season of the hit show The Lincoln Lawyer, which focuses on a strange murder case.

And when it comes to movies, the long-awaited sequel to Bird Box has finally come out. It takes place in Barcelona and stars Spanish actor Mario Casas as a desperate father who must find a way to save his daughter from mysterious creatures that make people kill themselves if they see them.

For fans of true crime and movies, the platform is releasing a film about the serial killer known as La Mataviejitas. The film tells the stories of her victims and shows how she committed her crimes and how the investigation was done to stop her.

In this second season, Mickey (Manuel Garca-Rulfo) is connected with a woman who will soon become his client when she is accused of murder. There are more cases than ever this season.

Fate brought them together, but bad things are trying to keep them from being together. The Continent is in danger of going to war while Geralt and Yennefer guard Ciri.

  • From 19 to 20 (November 7, 2023): Ten young people talk about the last week of their teens and early twenties. They talk about the first times they felt like adults and the freedom that came with it.
  • The Quarterback (December 7, 2023): This honest documentary series follows three NFL players through the 2022-23 season. It shows how close they are on the field and in their homes.

  • Pastry chefs against time (7/12/2023): A Mexican version of the hit show Sugar Rush, in which six teams of pastry chefs compete with tasty recipes where time is a key factor. In each episode, one couple will be sent home until, in the final show, only one couple is left standing and wins a million-dollar prize. El Capi Pérez hosts Pastry Chefs Against Time. Mis Pastelitos and Luis Robledo are the main judges, and Erika Buenfil, Ludwika Paleta, Itati Cantoral, Chef Ana Ruiz, Lolita Ayala, and Wendy Guevara are the guest judges.

Bird Box Barcelona (14/7/2023)

“Bird Box: Barcelona” is a sequel to the 2018 hit “Bird Box: Blind.” It was made by the same people who made “Bird Box: Blind.” The planet’s population has been wiped out by an unknown force, and Sebastián fights to stay alive on the empty streets of Barcelona. As he and the other people who made it out of the city try to leave, an even worse threat appears.
