Chris Hemsworth is ready for the Thor series to end. The actor who plays one of the most important characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe said that he may be done playing the God of Thunder after more than 10 years and four solo movies.
“If he did it again, I think we’d have to close the book, you know what I mean?
Hemsworth told Vanity Fair, “I think it probably makes up for it.” “I feel like that would probably be the end of it, but that’s not based on anything anyone told me or any kind of plan.”
“You have the birth of a hero, the hero’s journey, and then the death of a hero, and I don’t know if I’m at that point yet. Who can say?”
Hemsworth said that he is “completely open” to doing another Thor movie if “there’s something unique, fresh, and unexpected to do with the character and the world,” just like there was with the Taika Waititi movies.
“I’ve always enjoyed the adventure. Chris Hemsworth said, “I’m very grateful that each time I’ve been able to do something different.” The actor says, “Of course, I’m not interested in working with a “crazy genius” director.”
“I’m at a point in my life where I meet different directors and they say, ‘Oh yeah, look at this crazy genius,'” he said. He’s mad, but he’s a genius and he’ll make great movies,'” Hemsworth said. “I’m like, ‘Is this the kind of person I want to spend my life with?'” After filming for four or five months, you have to deal with press, possible reshoots, and so on.”

The Extraction star went on to say, “Now, if anything is going to take me away from my family and my kids, it has to be a positive, constructive, and collaborative experience.” I worked with George Miller on the new Fury Road prequel (Furiosa), which is part of the Mad Max saga. I told my agent, “That’s where I want to spend my working hours: with someone who is nice, works well with others, and is interesting.”
Hemsworth called Miller a “genius, but not the crazy kind,” adding, “One who is acutely aware of how his energy affects others and how he has the power to make your day great or bad, and he chooses to make it a good one.” Everyone on the team is in a better mood. It’s hard for me to understand why some people in that position don’t get that.”
Hemsworth has been in “good movies and bad movies,” but he doesn’t feel bad about any of them.
“I say that with a wink. The “Limitless” actor said, “I feel like I’ve learned something from everything, whether it’s “Don’t do that again” or “I had a great time making that movie, but it didn’t work out.” “Everything is always different. You never know, no matter how hard you work or how much you put into it.”
Chris Hemsworth will take a break from his career
During his new docu-series, “Limitless,” Chris Hemsworth found out that he has a genetic risk for Alzheimer’s. He plans to take a break as soon as his promotion is over.
The actor, who is 39 years old, said that his grandfather has this disease. He also said that he has two copies of the APOE4 gene, one from his mother and one from his father. This means that he has between eight and ten more chances of getting the disease than the average person.
The Australian says that it is only “a strong sign” that it will lead to that evil, but that it doesn’t have to.
In the movie Limitless, Hemsworth used his body to help science. In the Nat Geo TV series for Disney+, director Darren Aronofsky gives her physical and mental challenges to help her live longer. For example, she has to deal with stress from the top of a skyscraper, swim in the Arctic, or go without food for several days.
Hemsworth had his genes checked, and the results made a small change to the shooting schedule. Peter Attia, the doctor for the fifth chapter, called Aronofsky to tell him that he couldn’t talk about them on camera and that it would be better for them to talk privately.
“I didn’t want to manipulate (the result), make it too dramatic, or try to make people feel sorry for me,” he told Vanity Fair. He joked that since then, he feels like his memory is getting worse.
This week, the actor said on Good Morning America that this was his biggest fear. “Probably my biggest fear is not being able to remember my life, my wife, and my children,” he said.
